Tessa Dunleavy Joins Timms Childcare Team
Timms Solicitors have strengthened its Family Law team with the appointment of Tessa Dunleavy. Exclusively practising in the area of Children Law, Tessa brings with her 18 years of experience working within Derby and Derbyshire.
Tessa has represented parents, grandparents, local authorities and children in matters relating to care proceedings and private law contact and residence disputes, at all levels of the judicial system.
Tessa joins the experienced and respected Family team which covers Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. Commenting on her appointment, Managing Partner Fiona Moffat says ‘We are delighted that someone of such recognised experience and talent in the field of Childcare law has come to join the team at Timms. Tessa is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and likes to conduct the majority of her own advocacy, she is also a committee member of the Local Family Justice Board in Derby.
