Timms Staff Raise Over £200 for Pink Day

Breast Cancer Now’s wear it pink day is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK and staff from Timms were keen to participate in the annual event.

Taking place on Friday 20 October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Timms staff joined thousands of people across the UK to wear pink for the UK’s largest breast cancer charity, Breast Cancer Now.

In addition to wearing pink, fundraising on the day included a firm wide raffle and a cake sale, raising £212 for the charity.

Breast Cancer Now is the UK’s largest breast cancer charity who are dedicated to funding research into the disease. Research that’s working to discover how to prevent breast cancer, how to detect it earlier and how to treat it effectively at every stage.
