Covid-19 Charter For Safe Working Practices

The health and wellbeing of our team, clients, visitors and local communities remains our absolute priority as we continue to work during the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

From Monday 19th July 2021, as Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, each of our four offices will continue to operate on an appointment only basis in addition to telephone and video conferencing. A pre-booked appointment is essential and unfortunately at this time, we are unable to see clients or visitors who speculatively arrive at any of our offices.

We are committed to operating our offices safely and in accordance with Government advice.

We are doing this by:

• Limiting the number of visitors at any one time by undertaking an appointment only system to seeing clients
• Asking all clients to confirm by email the night before their appointment that they feel physically well and are showing no symptoms of Covid-19. (Symptoms as outlined on the NHS website https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/check-if-you-have-coronavirus-symptoms/)
• Encouraging staff and visitors to sanitise and/or wash their hands on arrival at our offices
• Introducing measures to allow all staff and visitors to abide by social distancing guidelines and taking mitigating action to reduce the risk of transmission where not possible
• Ensuring that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned before each client
• Ensuring that compliance with these rules is monitored very closely

We are asking all visitors to our site to:

• Stay at home if they have any of the Covid-19 symptoms or are living with someone that has
• Email and confirm the day before the appointment that they are not displaying any symptoms
• Arrive promptly at our offices at the stated appointment time
• Use the hand sanitising gel on arrival at our offices
• Wear a face covering where possible
• Take time to understand and comply with all guidance provided, in particular with regards to social distancing

Please forgive us if we don’t offer you a drink or offer the use of our bathroom at this time.

Our team are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have before or during your visit.
