Solicitors for the Elderly Membership for the Timms Wills & Probate Team

Timms Solicitors Wills & Probate team are delighted to announce that two more of their Private Client team are members of Solicitors for the Elderly. Keith-Baldock Grimes and Sara Hilliard are both experienced lawyers and join Darren Perry and Amy Quinn as members of the organisation.

Solicitors for the Elderly are an independent, national organisation of lawyers, such as Solicitors, Barristers and Chartered Legal Executives, who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

In particular, the established team, cover the following areas of law: Making a Will, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Tax Planning, Asset Preservation, Trusts, Probate, Paying for Care, NHS Continuing Care Funding, Will Disputes, Court of Protection and Elder Abuse.
