We are recruiting for a full time Conveyancer, based at our Ashby office.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing case load
  • Hold a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have the experience of managing your own caseload
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a case management system
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets
  • Have experience of managing a heavy and fast paced workload and prioritising appropriately
  • Be highly self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and also as part of a team
