Timms sponsored and actively took part in the Derby Business Games 2017-2019
The Derby Business Games were fantastic fun for all involved!
Twenty teams from businesses across the city took part in the third annual Derby Business Games 2019 at the University of Derby in Kedleston Road.
Teams of eight competed in a wide range of competitions based on traditional school’s sports day from rounders and netball to sack and wheelbarrow races. The afternoon finished with relays and a tug of war finale before trophies and medals were presented.
The popular event was organised by Derby-based Choose Sports and Timms were the headline sponsors with additional support from the University of Derby, BEAR, and DNS.
The event was an afternoon of great fun, team spirit, and a fantastic opportunity for local businesses to come together and in the spirit of a good sports day, everyone was a winner!
