Timms secure online payments

This facility is for the use of our clients who wish to pay their invoice or make a payment on account which has been requested or agreed. It should not be used to pay a balance needed for a conveyancing transaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the member of staff dealing with your transaction.

You will be able to pay your invoice, in part or full by entering the invoice / case number and the amount you wish to pay.

Payment Details

Your payment details will not be held any more than 5 working days. Once payment has cleared your details will be securely discarded of.

Refund Policy

If you have paid by card, we will be happy to provide a refund if you decide to withdraw your instructions within 7 days of payment. We will process refunds once the original payment has cleared. It should be noted that the original payment can take between 3 and 5 working days, and likewise the refund can take a similar time to process. Except as set out above, payments and your file will be taken and conducted in accordance with our standard terms and conditions of business. These would have been delivered to you with our engagement letter. If you therefore require for any other reason than having chosen the wrong payment option, you should refer to the terms and conditions and contact the lawyer dealing with the file.
