Overview of our Pathway to Partnership Programme
The Pathway to Partnership programme is a structured training programme for those who aspire to be an Associate or Partner at Timms Solicitors.
The programme consists of two levels; Associate and Partner. Each programme has its own list of application criteria, but all candidates wishing to apply must have been employed by the firm for at least 12 months for the Associate Programme and 24 months for the Partnership Programme, unless recruited at Associate or Partner level.
Whilst candidates may wish to join the programme and work towards Partnership, others may wish to progress to Associate level only. Equally, successful completion of either programme does not automatically qualify the candidate for further opportunities.
