Natasha is a Senior Associate Solicitor who specialises in all aspects of Personal Injury law.
She has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) since 2010 and has achieved Senior Litigator Accreditation status.
Natasha advises and supports clients who have suffered life changing injuries including traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, multiple fractures and industrial illness.
She is sensitive and supportive in her approach and provides practical advice to her clients who are going through a very difficult time in their lives.
She encourages early rehabilitation interventions for her clients to ensure they are given the best chance of recovery and to help them regain their independence as soon as possible.
Natasha has recently secured a seven-figure settlement in a joint settlement meeting for a client who suffered a traumatic brain Injury as a passenger in a road traffic accident.
Her other recent notable cases include:
* Motorcycle accident which resulted in full arm amputation and traumatic brain injury.
* Accident at work where the Claimant was unable to return to work due to severe fractures to the leg.
* Chemical inhalation at work causing long-term respiratory problems.
* Claim on behalf of the deceased who suffered asbestos related disease.
* Vibration white finger claim which was robustly defended but successfully settled days before it was due to be heard at trial.
Mainly based in the Derby office, Natasha covers all the Midlands area and beyond.
Outside of work Natasha loves to spend time with her friends and family particularly when it involves eating delicious food and trying out new restaurants.
She also enjoys attending dance classes.
