We have recently had our wills updated and used Timms Solicitors in Burton on Trent. We were allocated Matthew Kelly to prepare our wills. Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He ensured that all our details and wishes were covered. This was done in ways we could understand and not just a load of ‘jargon.’ We received the draft wills within a few days for us to check and make any alterations. We then arranged an appointment to see Matthew in order for us to sign the new wills and for them to be witnessed. The new wills and a covering letter were received within a few days in a professional package. The whole process was done within two weeks. At all times we were treated with respect and courtesy.
