What Is The National Free Wills Network?

The National Free Wills Network is a partnership between charities and law firms throughout the UK. By working together, they are able to offer charity supporters the chance to make a simple Will for free.

The National Free Wills Network works with 178 charities, some of which include Alzheimer’s Research UK, Breast Cancer Now, British Heart Foundation, Dementia UK and Help for Hero’s.

Having an up-to-date Will prepared by a solicitor is the best way to ensure that your future wishes will be carried out. It is also the perfect way to leave something to help the charity continue their vital work for generations to come. However, there is no obligation to do so.

Not all solicitors take part in the scheme, but you can find out which do on their website here.

How Long Have Team Timms Taken Part?

Timms Solicitors have participated in the scheme for over 20 years and are proud to support the charities.
