If Timms agrees to act for you on a No Win No Fee basis, then your claim fails, you will not have to pay any of our legal costs. If your claim is successful, we will charge a success fee of no more than 25% of your compensation. The success fee is determined on a case by case basis and takes into account any risks in the case and how likely your claim is to be successful.
