Hourly rates
The department’s current hourly rates are:

| Associate/Solicitors/CILEX 8yrs + | £282.00 plus VAT |
| Solicitors/CILEX 4yrs + | £260.00 plus VAT |
| Solicitors/CILEX/Advanced Paralegal | £250.00 plus VAT |
| Senior Paralegal | £180.00 plus VAT |
| Trainees/Paralegals/other | £150.00 plus VAT |
Disbursements
Our charges quoted above do not include any disbursements that may be incurred in connection with your matter. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as court fees, and may include:

As your instruction progresses it may be necessary for other disbursements in addition to the above to be paid. We will advise you of the position as soon as we are able to. If we are holding funds on your behalf, then we will handle the payment of the disbursements from those funds to ensure a smoother process. If we are not holding funds on your behalf, then we will ask you to let us have payment to cover these.
