Timms Solicitors have appointed Jo Robinson as Head of Wills & Probate.
Jo joins the firm from a leading local law firm where she was an Associate and will lead a team of ten across Timms’ offices in Derby’s Cathedral Quarter, Burton-upon-Trent, Swadlincote and Ashby.
Jo Robinson is a Fellow of CILEx, Dementia Friends Champion and a fully accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
She particularly specialises in estates where there has been a breakdown in family relations and she also deals with all aspects of later life planning – including Court of Protection work.

“As well as building the Wills & Probate department, I am particularly looking forward to expanding Timms’ work as Dementia Friend Champions and the valuable work that the firm is committed to undertaking to support local communities in a number of ways”.
