Long-established Timms Solicitors, have achieved The Law Society’s prestigious Lexcel quality standard for the 18th consecutive year across the firm’s offices in Derby, Burton, Ashby and Swadlincote.
All aspects of Timms’ work, including client care, compliance and practice management were scrutinised by specialist auditors who carry out a thorough inspection every year.
The Lexcel audit report is complimentary of governance and operations across the firm, stating: ‘The firm is to be commended in that 26 areas of good practice were identified during the visit. These evidence either a diligent approach to complying with the requirements or identify areas in which the minimum Lexcel requirement has been exceeded.’
