Timms Solicitors has promoted Family Law Paralegal, Isabelle Marchewka, this month.
Isabelle takes up a two-year training contract as a trainee solicitor after working for the firm for the last three years. She is a law graduate from Leeds Beckett University and has already completed her Legal Practicing Certificate (LPC) whilst supporting the department’s busy family law team.
The announcement celebrates Timms’ commitment to focusing its investment in the next generation of talent and further strengthens its already highly regarded and award-winning family law team.
Adrian Rose, Timms Partner and Training Principal, said: “In Isabelle’s three years at Timms, she has shown her commitment to the firm and its clients.
“She deserves the opportunity to progress in her career now as a trainee solicitor. Myself, and my colleagues in other teams across the business, look forward to working with Isabella and we wish her all the best.”
Isabelle said: “I am really excited to take this next step in my legal career, and I can’t thank the team at Timms for giving me this opportunity. It is an exciting time and I am really looking forward to what the next two years bring.”

In August, the firm moved offices to Queen Street in Derby to pave the way for further growth.
The relocation to newly refurbished offices has created a more collaborative and flexible space for staff and allows Timms to retain a prime city centre location in Derby’s Cathedral Quarter.
