Timms Solicitors have appointed three trainee solicitors as part of the latest stage of the firm’s innovative talent management ‘Pathway’ Programme.

Molly Evans, who worked at Timms as a Paralegal, and University of Derby graduates Connor Ball-Wood and Michael Radze-Constable have all recently started their two-year training contracts.

Supported by a training manager, they will gain valuable work experience across different areas of law at Timms including Family/Care, Wills and Probate, Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Personal Injury and Employment.

After successfully completing their structured training programme and professional skills course, they will qualify as solicitors and apply for their practising certificate.

She explained that the Trainee Solicitor Pathway Programme joined existing Associate and Partner programmes which had been established to support future leaders at the firm.

“Having seen the benefit of training contracts in the past, our HR Manager Gemma Lynch and Training Principal Adrian Rose developed a structured programme under the umbrella of our unique Pathway Programme.

“As a firm with a solid reputation for serving our local communities in an approachable and professional manner, we continue to grow and develop into new areas.

“The firm needs strong and determined people at all levels and our aim through the talent management programmes is therefore to attract, nurture and develop talented individuals through a structured and bespoke approach.”
