Bespoke Personal Service
Timms’ Clinical Negligence lawyers are headed by David Dickie who is a longstanding member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Lawyers Panel and specialise in the area’s listed below.
Unlike some larger firms of solicitors, Timms will provide you with a bespoke personal service for your claim, with David or Alicia dealing with it from start to finish, so your claim will not be passed from pillar to post. This will ensure your claim is speedily progressed and will maximise both the opportunity for your claim to be successful and the amount of compensation you receive.
With four offices across the Midlands, we regularly see clients from the Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham, Wallsall, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Manchester, Cannock, Loughborough, Mansfield, Tamworth or Staffordshire areas. We can even visit you in your own home if it’s more convenient.

Results that speak for themselves
Professional, considerate and understanding throughout my claim, arising from my husband’s death.
Just a note to say thank you for taking on my medical negligence claim and getting my settlement sorted as quick as you could. The money has made my day to day life easier as I have now settled into my new bungalow. It does not help me get my life back to how it was, as working was a big part of my life which I enjoyed, but in time I know I will feel better about this.
Mr Dickie has worked tirelessly and paid a great deal of attention to our case. It is important to remember that this has been a daunting experience for ourselves but Mr Dickie has always been able to put us at ease thanks to his understanding and sympathetic nature.
